Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive e-mail management solution, which will give you total command over your e-mailboxes and newsletters. With this user-friendly user interface, you can set up a new mailbox account in an instant and manage its settings easily. Additionally, you can forward mail messages from one e-mail account to another, configure e-mail filters, set up auto-reply messages and guard your mailboxes against junk emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your mailbox accounts against junk electronic mails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesirable email messages will find their way into your mailbox. Your email messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message marked as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a specific mail account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are great for sorting your incoming mail messages according to certain rules set by you. Setting up mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantaneously. You can easily set up a filter for any of your mailbox accounts and edit the e-mail filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming electronic mail messages from one electronic mail account to another, or even to several other email boxes. Simply choose the mail account you would like to redirect email messages from, then specify the target email box and select if you would like to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily configure the e-mail client of your choosing to access your e-mailboxes. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox account you wish to set up on your personal computer or smartphone and click on the email client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new mailbox will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager, working with multiple email accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager interface will also permit you to quickly create an auto-reply message - enter the message you would like people to view and our system will handle the rest. And if you want to set up a catch-all e-mail box - you can accomplish that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
